What's Lavash

Mid morning snack was a return to my classic parfait. I had blueberry Greek yogurt, warmed up raspberries, and Tj's low fat almond granola. This combo is always a winner.

Lunch was a lavash bread (half of one sheet), with hummus, turkey, arugula, and red peppers. I also had a small bunch of grapes. This wrap was really good. If you have ever had the spinach, egg white, and feta wrap at Starbucks, the whole wheat lavash bread is the same stuff they use for the wraps their.

In the afternoon I had a peanut butter cookie Larabar for a snack.
