Thick oats

Kiwi oats
1/4 cup quick cook oats
2 TB. apple cinnamon hot cereal
1/4 cup hot water
mix together
topped with
1 diced kiwi
small dollop peach all fruit spread
Yogi walnut spice granola

Scrambled egg whites on the side and a cup of peach Bellini green tea.
