Starting the week already sore

Another Monday early morning workout. I did 20min. on the spinning bike, followed by some abs and leg exercises. Then back on the bike for 25 more min. I split it up to keep my heart rate up and to keep my body guessing. So it never knows what I'm going to do next.

I'm feeling sore in my hips and inner thighs from yesterday's run. I did some stretching this morning and will continue to stretch throughout the day.

Time to shower and head to work.
