Spaghetti already


Whole wheat orzo and whole wheat twist pasta
with some organic spaghetti sauce, that I added 1 cup of frozen chopped spinach to, along with some extra spices. I also added some Tj's basil chicken sausage.

Romaine lettuce with 1/2 of a diced pear, soy nuts, feta, and tossed in 1 TB. Newman's light balsamic vinaigrette.

Quick, easy, and delicious dinner.

  1. I like the spinach in the sauce idea, but I don't like cooked spinach, only fresh. Does it disappear or do you know it's there?

  2. It blends in so well. You really don't taste it at all, and it's chopped so fine it almost just seems like it's basil instead of spinach. It's my new thing to add it to soups or sauces.
