Raw chocolate
1/4 cup quick cook oats
2 TB. Bob's spice n nice hot cereal
1/4 cup water
mix together
topped with
pear sauce
unsweetened coconut
drizzle of pure maple syrup
cacoa nibs
On the side I had scrambled egg whites and green tea.
