A nice big cup of Mighty Leaf green tea tropical and a bowl of oats. I'm out of banana's today, so I tried to make a bowl of oats with lots of nutrients and staying power, to give me energy for kickboxing today.

1/4 cup quick cook oats
2 TB. apple cinnamon hot cereal
1/4 cup water
splash soymilk
1/2 tsp. chia seeds
mix together
topped with
strawberry all fruit spread
raspberry applesauce
flakes of coconut butter
(people are raving about flaking this stuff on oatmeal and letting it melt. I thought I would give it a try)

Topped with some crunch of Yogi walnut spice granola and the last of my homemade raisin almond granola.

I also had my usual scrambled egg whites.
