Determination
At the gym today I did resistance training working chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps.  I did 2 exercises for each muscle with 2 sets each.  After working my muscles I hit the stairs for 40min. doing HIT interval training.  It was so hard, the last 10 min. took every bit of determination that I had to finish strong.
