Booty bootcamp Friday

I just finished my Friday booty bootcamp. It's a mix of everything to work the whole body. I did some resistance training using my own body weight, plyometrics, pilate's, kickboxing, intervals, cycling on the bike, and some ab work. In total it was 1.25 hours of an intense sweaty workout. I finished with a lot of stretching and some to yoga to lengthen those muscles after a week of hard workouts.
