Headed to the gym today and did a new resistance workout. I worked every muscle group minus abs, because I did those yesterday. Every six weeks I change my resistance workouts and vary them so my muscles don't get used to the same workouts. Today I did two exercises back to back for each muscle group, this is called supersets. I also did higher reps in the first set (such as 15) and less in the second set (such as 12). I finished with 25 min. on the stairs and 20 min. on the elliptical.
