2 Tb. Bob's apple cinnamon hot cereal
2Tb. buckwheat pancake mix
1Tb. oats
dash cinnamon
whisk and cook in pan
Topped with all natural peanut butter, Tj's raspberry all fruit spread, and applesauce.
