Workout is done

I just finished my first workout of the new week. I did 20 min. on the spinning bike followed by abs, legs, and some plyometrics. I than jumped back on the spinning bike to finish my ride for another 25 min. It's all about keeping the heart rate up and keeping the body guessing. I split my cardio up because it elevates my heart rate and shocks the body into having to quickly adapt to the change, instead of keeping a straight ride.

  1. Plyometics are exercises that require short bursts of energy. Such as jump squats, leaps, any sort of jumping or leaping motion. It quickly elevates the heart rate, burns a lot of calories, and increases balance, speed, and agility.
