Working hard
Today I hit the gym (it's rainy and extremely windy here), and got my workout done. I started with resistance training working chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. I did one exercise for each, with 3 sets. In between sets I did some jump roping to keep my heart rate up. After that I hit the stairs for 40 min.. I worked really hard doing some interval HIT training.
