1/4 cup Oat bran
2 Tb. Bob's apple cinnamon hot cereal
1/4 cup water
splash soymilk
stirred in 1 Tsp. of chia seeds
topped with pear sauce and Yogi walnut spice granola
On the side egg whites and a cup of white tea. The oat bran was really good. I'm not sure if I have ever had it before. It got really thick, I had to add another splash of soymilk.
