lunch comes early

I just got back from the gym and now I'm having an early lunch of leftovers. Nothing better than a good mix of protein, carbs, and veggies. I topped my bowl with a little scoop of hummus.

I'm also enjoying another bottle of water. I usually refill my water bottle 4 times a day and also drink about 4 cups of tea a day. The tea is a mix of green or white in the am and herbal in the pm. I'm obsessed with tea, I could drink it all the time.
