Two workouts to close

I wasn't able to get enough rest for my body in between yesterday afternoon's workout and today's early morning workout. I was feeling a little sluggish, but once I got going my body started to loosen up. Today I started with 25 min. on the spinning bike. Then I did some light resistance training with resistance bands working the upper body. I did 1 exercise per muscle group, with 2 sets per exercise. In between each sets I did jumping jacks to keep my heart rate up. Once I was finished I got back on the spinning bike for 20 min. at top speed.
