Finally Friday. Last workout of the week

Wow Friday's at the gym are really empty. I usually workout at home or go for a run on Friday's, but I had some errands to run in the area after the gym. Today I finished out my workout for the week with a full body resistance training, including abs and legs. And for cardio I did 35 min. on the stairs at a super fast pace. Now I have the weekend to rest and repair my muscle's, which will feel so good.
