3 egg whites
2 TB. Bob's apple cinnamon hot cereal
2 Tb. buckwheat pancake mix
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. chia seeds
dash cinnamon
whisk
cook in a non stick pan
topped with
Tj's roasted flax seed almond butter
Crofters wild blackberry all fruit spread
Solana gold organic raspberry applesauce
I also had a cup of Teavana strawberry paradise tea.
