Fancy workout
I went to the super fancy 24 hr fitness today. I did a full body workout focusing on abs and legs. On Friday's I like to work really hard since I will have two days to rest afterwords, and I want to end the week strong. I did one exercise for each upper body muscle group with three sets each, and 3 exercises for abs and legs with 3 sets each also. I finished with 30 min. on the stairs doing HIT interval training.
