Banana protein pancakes

Did anyone watch Food Revolution last night, wow? I'm so glad I don't eat chicken nuggets. It's so sad what kids are being fed, and how they are being taught about food. Kids are fed the most processed unhealthy food's. As they grew into an adult those habits carry with them, and that's why we have such a problem with obesity. I can't wait for next week's episode when they focus on teenagers.

I had an amazing cup of Mighty Leaf tea today, I love this stuff.

I made some banana protein pancakes for Jeff and I this morning. They are so filling and so healthy, the prefect breakfast. They are also quick and easy to make.

Banana Pancakes (per serving)
3 egg whites
2 TB. buckwheat pancake mix
2 TB. apple cinnamon hot cereal
1/2 of a small mashed up banana
mix together
cook in a non stick pan on both sides
topped with
Tj's peanut butter with roasted flax seeds
peach all fruit spread
sprinkle of cinnamon and unsweetened coconut
