A little salad for a late lunch


Breakfast keep my from getting hungry until later today. When 1:30pm rolled around I was finally hungry, and new I needed some nutrients. I threw together a quick salad of mixed greens, shredded carrots, soy nuts, crunched up Kashi crackers, feta, turkey, and a dollop of hummus on top. It was a pretty good salad, not the best looking.
