Monday, Monday

Today's workout: Today I started with 25 min. on the spinning bike and than did a combination of abs and legs, mixed in with some interval training. Than I finished the workout with another 25min. on the spinning bike.

I try to change up my workouts and keep the body guessing, that way I won't plateau.

  2. It was left over's and I didn't want to post that we had leftovers again. Which is funny because we never really have leftovers. I'm usually able to get rid of any leftovers in Jeff's lunch. Plus I almost forgot to post last night so I quickly put something up. Jeff's going to help me start taking more pics of my food.
