Mid day parfait

I made a little parfait at work today. One of my favorites because it's quick, easy, and covers all the important nutrients, protein, carbs, and some fruit.

  1. What's the difference between Greek yogurt and just regular non-fat yogurt, like Nancy's?

  2. Greek yogurt is thicker,tangier, and is much higher in protein. But regular Greek yogurt is very high in fat so make sure you get a low fat one. It's also a great substitute for sour cream due to it's thickness, I have yet to try it this way.
