Last night we went to Pastini's at Bridgeport village, it's an outdoor mall with really great shops.
I forgot to take pictures but I had the:
ARTICHOKE-CHICKEN SALAD
Diced chicken breast and artichoke hearts tossed with feta cheese, roasted red peppers and olives, on a bed of fresh mixed greens with roasted tomato vinaigrette
* I had it with the vinaigrette on the side to control the amount of salad dressing I used in order to control the fat.
Jeff had the:
LINGUINI WITH CHICKEN MARSALA
Creamy Marsala wine sauce, grilled chicken, mushrooms, tomato, garlic and artichoke hearts
And our friends had the:
LINGUINI PESTO POLLO
Grilled chicken, artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers in pesto cream sauce
(minus the artichoke and red peppers)
AND
LINGUINI WITH CHICKEN PICCATA
Grilled chicken sauteed with garlic, lemon, butter, white wine and capers
We all really enjoyed our meals, delicious!
