Heading off to class

Getting ready to leave for my favorite Wednesday class. First at 9am I have 30min. dancers workout (pilates and ballet style) and than after that 60min. kickboxing class. The combination of the two burns so many calories, about 800 calories and leaves every muscle feeling the burn.

The class's I take are at 24hr fitness, but the instructor that I go to is what makes the class fun and challenging.

  2. The dancers workout is awesome, I love it. It's always a mix of different exercises and really targets abs and legs and helps with keeping a nice tall lean posture.
