Early morning workout

This morning I did a circuit workout.

I did 10min. on the spinning bike followed by 1 set each of chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps. I repeated this 2 more times for a total of 3 circuits and 40 min. of spinning on the bike.

Now it's time to hit the shower and get ready for work. It's always so nice to get my workout done first thing in the morning, it's even worth getting up early for.
