Birthday workout

I wore my new workout top that I got at Lucy when I was in Seattle.

Today's workout: I started out today doing resistance training working the chest, back, and shoulders. After that I did 10 min. on the spinning bike to increase my heart rate. Than I did biceps and triceps and 10min. on the stairs. After that it was time for a 30min. kickboxing class.
