Today's workout: 15min. on the spinning bike followed by resistance training; working the chest, shoulders, and triceps. Finished off with 30min. on the stairs. My legs are dead now. They were still recovering from Sunday's at home bootcamp style workout.

Dinner menu tonight: Whole wheat orzo pasta with chicken sausage, in a marinara sauce with zucchini and mushrooms. Paired with a nice salad of mixed veggies. Delish!

  1. Are you getting the chicken sausages from TJs? I LOVE those. Wish they were organic though, now that we're off conventional meat... :( I need to find some good organic sausages for egg muffins! :)

  2. So glad you are my number one fan and supporter, it keeps me going. Thanks for the support. It is TJ's sausage and no they are not organic but fit my critiria for everything else. They are all natural, have less than 5 ingredients and are all ingredients that I understand and theirs no perservatives or additives. The basil sausage is my favorite. I only buy my meat from TJ, new seasons or whole foods.
