Comfort on a cold night

Workout
I've had some pretty tough workouts this week and my body needed a rest. So today was a rest and recover day.
Dinner

As the sun set's dinner begins. I made dinner simple, I love simple dinners on the weekends.

I toasted up some Great Harvest nine grain bread and added a little laughing cow herb cheese, red pepper and artichoke tapenade, feta, mixed greens, and some Applegate farms smoked turkey. I enjoyed my toasted sammie with a bowl of Tj's tomato soup. I'm freezing tonight so I thought a bowl of soup and a cup of herbal tea was the perfect thing. I'm warm now but I'm a little slouchy from all the liquid.
