Workout
I took the day off work, which allowed me to have a later then normal workout. I did a full body workout in a bootcamp style, it was sweaty and it was tiring.
Dinner
Sad but true dinner was a bust tonight.
Never under estimate the power of good quality salmon. The salmon in tonight's dinner was awful. I mixed together some smoked salmon, whole wheat macaroni, spices, red pepper, and grated carrot. The salmon just wasn't very good and totally ruined the dish. I muscled down some and then had some leftover soup from the other night.

Well it looks good anyway. I'm that way with shrimp. Sometimes the taste is just not there and I just can't get it down. Better luck next time.
