You win some you lose some

This morning I was up once again for an early morning workout. This is the last week of early morning workout's, other then Monday's, I'm I'm so glad. I need to get back to some gym workouts and to running.

Today I started with 10 min. on the spinning bike followed by resistance training working my upper body. I finished with another 30 min. back on the bike. I worked out to the Black eyed pea's this morning, which means it was a tough workout. I always put the Black eyed peas on when I want to really get a good sweaty workout.

Any other songs that you would suggest for some super intense cardio? What music do you listen to when you workout?

I had a plan in my mind for dinner and I tried to execute that plan, but the plan was a bust. The dinner looks good but it was not so good. I made some brown rice with herbs, and after the rice was finished cooking I mixed in 1 can tomato paste and 1 cup hot water. I topped the rice with some Tj's turkey kielbasa, red peppers, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli.

Sadly the rice got really sticky and the whole meal didn't have a lot of flavor. After dinner Jeff said not to make this one again, he usually never says that, this one was just bad.

Looks so good doesn't it, well looks are deceiving. I guess you win some and lose some, you can't win them all.
