Sunday breakfast

This pancake mix has been in my cupboard for a few weeks and I have been trying to find the right opportunity to try them. I have seen them all around the blog world and everyone raves about them, so I really wanted to give them a try.

The nutritional facts are pretty fantastic, one of the best I have seen on a package pancake mix. It even beats the Great Harvest pancake mix.

The ingredients are so simple and so good.

I also made some maple butter.

Maple butter (makes extra for later)
2 TB. pure maple syrup
2 TB. coconut butter
dash cinnamon
dash salt
mix together and warm in the microwave for 30 sec.

It's seriously delicious.
