Simple Charlie

I sure have been doing a lot of early morning workout's, it's all do to scheduling. I'm starting to really miss my afternoon workout's. This morning I did a bootcamp style workout. Every bootcamp is different and involves things that basically kick my butt. And things that I normally wouldn't do at the gym due to space or so I'm not laughed at.

I have a lot of fun stuff going on this weekend, so it's been a busy week preparing for the good times.

Dinner tonight was so easy I loved it. I picked up some wild coho salmon at the store today and topped it with some orange all fruit spread, whole grain mustard, dill, salt, pepper, and garlic. I barbecued it which made it even easier.

I paired it with a side of herb brown rice. To which I added some white beans, diced carrot, red bell pepper, tomato, green onion and topped it with some grated Parmesan.

I got a lot accomplished while this dinner was cooking away.
