Full day


This morning I was up early for my Monday morning workout. Monday's are always so jam packed. I always plan my workouts for first thing in the morning so nothing gets in the way.

I did a bootcamp style workout with a little of this and a little of that and a whole lotta sweating.

After work I started dinner which included these two ingredients. Delallo makes the best whole wheat pasta and it comes in a lot of shapes. I usually get mine at Whole Foods but I have seen it at some others stores.

I tried out this sauce form TJ's for the first time, it was pretty good. I still like the eggplant and roasted red pepper spread better.

The stats are looking pretty good.
