Salmon take two

We had leftover salmon from last nigh,t so Jeff had his with scrambled eggs, but it just didn't sound appealing to me. Salmon for breakfast is a little to early for me. But I settled on a take on bagel and lox.

My version was on a toasted Great Harvest sweet wheat n oat with herb laughing cow cheese, warmed up salmon, and 1/4 of a slice of Havarti light cheese. It was actually pretty good. I also had half of a banana and a GIANT cup of tea, it's so cold here this morning.

Now we are off in a little bit for some kayaking today.
