It's pizza night. We made our own personal pizza's with some Great Harvest whole wheat pizza dough. We had a ton of topping choices and everyone created personal pizza's grilled on the BBQ.
My pizza was what I would call a Mediterranean Italian style veggie pizza. I put some zucchini, asparagus, pineapple, red onion, roasted red pepper, sun dried tomatoes, and fresh organic Parmesan cheese and organic Gouda.

We also enjoyed some watermelon and grape salad, perfect for summer.
