After work today I made a trip to the gym. While I was there I did some upper body resistance training and 40 min. of HIT interval training on the stairs.
When I got home and after I showered of course, I started prepping this fruit salad. I have a lot of fruits and veggies to put to use, and I also want to enjoy the bounties of the season while it's here.
I chopped up some strawberries, a peach, some cherries, grapes, and to top it off a little mint from my herb garden.
