Yes to bread

In kickboxing today we did a mix of, part of our newest round combined with parts from old rounds, from back in the earlier days of kickboxing. Sometimes going back to basics can be such a tough workout. By the time I got done with class and showered I was so hungry. I had planned on going to Great Harvest after class for lunch, and especially because I needed to restock my bread supply at home.

I had my classic turkey sandwich on the honey whole wheat with hummus, lettuce, red onions, cucumbers, pepprecicini's, and extra pickles.

I picked up some whole wheat rolls, nine grain bread, and this one that I hadn't had
before, high 5 fiber.

The ingredient list looked pretty tasty and very healthy. I can't wait to try this one.
