This morning I was up early to workout before work. I did the upper body challenge, which is coming to an end this week. It's been a tough road on my muscles but there looking nice and toned.
Circuit 1: 20 min. on the spinning bike
Circuit 2: Upper body challenge working chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps, with some intervals mixed in to keep my heart rate up.
Circuit 3: 25 min. on the spinning bike followed by some nice stretching.
In circuit 3 I turned off all the lights and road with the sun coming up. It was so nice and peaceful.
