Nine grain bread sliced, halved, and broiled on each side of the bread. Topped with all natural turkey, feta, zucchini, red onion, and brushetta mix (I'm trying to use this stuff up before it expires), and some oregano and basil. I then toasted it for a few minutes more.
Topped with some green leaf lettuce.
Served with some pickles, baked blue corn tortilla chips and some not pictured salsa.
Simple, yet fresh and delicious on a spring evening.
YUM! Now that's a great sandwich!
