Banana almond butter chia oats
1/4 cup quick cook oats
2 TB. Bob's spice n nice
1/3 cup water
1 tsp.
chia seeds
1/4 chopped and warmed up for 30 sec. banana
mix together
topped with
almond butter
Crofter's apricot all fruit spread
Galaxy cranberry orange granola
I also had a cup of
Tazo blueberry white tea.
