1 box Seeds of change seven whole grain pilaf blend and 1 can white beans

Veggies: red onion, red pepper, zucchini, broccoli, and I also added carrots

I cooked 1 box of rice per instructions.
In a pan I sauteed the diced red onion, red pepper, and garlic.
I then added 1 package Tj's turkey polish sausage sliced, the veggies, and the white beans.
I also added 1 TB. pesto, 1 tsp. basil and oregano, and salt and pepper.

Once the rice was cooked I added everything together and placed a serving on top of arugula, topped with some feta.
