Starting the week

I finished my morning workout, which consisted of 20 min. on the spinning bike, then 3 sets and 3 exercises for legs. After that I got back on the bike for all out speed for 10 min., then did abs. Then it was back on the bike for the last 10 min. at top speed. The last 10 min. was brutal, actually the whole thing was really hard. My body was working hard and my heart rate was pretty high.

Afterwords I stretched and now it's time to take a shower and get ready for work, see you this afternoon.
