Scottish oats
1/4 cup Scottish oats
2 TB. apple
cinnamon
hot cereal
1/4 cup water
mix together
topped with
raspberry applesauce
peach all fruit spread
Tj's
low fat mixed berry granola (it was stale, yuck)
On the side, egg whites and
Tazo
Zen green tea.
