Salmon sammie sandwich

I worked out this morning starting with 15 min. on the spinning bike and then some resistance training working upper body. I finished with another 30 min. on the bike.

I'm having an early lunch and then it's off to work, were I will be for the next 8hrs.

Salmon sammie sandwich
1 can wild Alaskan salmon mixed with 1 tsp. dill and 2 TB. Tj's roasted red pepper and artichoke tapenade. I use the tapenade as a binder and to add flavor.
(I used half on my sandwich and I'm saving the other half)

Served on top of toasted Great Harvest nine grain bread with hummus, spinach, carrots, and
red onion

Delicious!!!

Full of flavor and omega 3's, and this will definitely keep me full while I'm working.
