The perfect breakfast

I had a super yummy breakfast this morning filled with lots of good nutrients.

1/4 cup quick cook oats
2 TB. apple cinnamon hot cereal
1/4 water
1/2 tsp. chia seeds
1/4 of a banana chopped up and microwaved for 30 sec.
mix together
topped with

pear sauce
almond butter
unsweetened coconut
and a few chocolate chips

I also had a nice big cup of green tea.
