Since I worked out all weekend I took today off as a rest day for my body.
Mid morning snack was a PBJ Larabar
Lunch was a parfait of Tj's blueberry Greek yogurt, Wallaby lemon yogurt, mixed berries, and homemade banana coconut macadamia nut granola. I bulked up the parfait a little more for a lunch portion.
Afternoon snack was some Kashi crackers, reduced fat cheese stick, carrots, and also some grapes. Since my morning snack and lunch were a little lighter I made this snack a little bigger then normal.
