Fitness recap

Life's been a little crazy this week. Yesterday I worked out in the morning starting with 10 min. on the spinning bike followed by resistance training working the chest, back, biceps, and triceps. After working my muscles I finished with 30 min. on the spinning bike.

I took today off as a rest day and I am planning on running this weekend.

Tonight is a back to back episode of FOOD REVOLUTION on abc from 8pm-10pm. I can't wait, I haven't been able to watch it the last couple weeks, and have really missed it.
