I'm slow moving this morning. I'm still not feeling good today and even worse then yesterday. I had a late breakfast around 9:30am. For breakfast I kept it light and simple with a bowl of cereal. It was a mix of some Kashi island vanilla, Kashi Golean crunch for some protein, and Tj's low fat almond granola. I also had a couple cups of peach Bellini green tea.
I'm planning on taking it easy today and having a lazy day, so that hopefully tomorrow I can get some things done.
I am definitely doing the slow moving day today! I love mixing cereals! Trader Joe's ginger almond granola is so good!

ReplyDeleteI can never have just 1 type of cereal at a time...always 3 or more mixed together! So much better that way :)
