Veggie and rice medley


Seed's of Change rice, cook per instructions. In a saute pan cook Tj's sun dried tomato chicken sausage, half a diced shallot, and diced red pepper. Add diced shredded carrots, diced zucchini, and chopped asparagus. Seasoned with pepper, Italian seasonings, parsley, and garlic.

I got some asparagus at the produce stand today that was thinner than the usual asparagus. It was perfect for cooking with.
