Toppings: Tj's red pepper and classic hummus, and Tj's brushetta mix (the toppings made the dish)
On the side a salad with sliced pears and red onions, with Drew's smoked tomato salad dressing and a cup of herbal tea
Erinn's suggestion of using hummus as a topping for various dish's was a fantastic idea. I love hummus, so it can only improve a dish.
